Ioana-Roxana is studying for her BSc in International Relations, minoring in Business & Innovation. Her passions lie in disruptive and high technology, business development, astronomy, and politics. She is a former FBI Quantico Marine Corps Base student and a former candidate of the Hult Prize competition funded by the Clinton Global Initiative. In the future, she will dedicate herself towards innovating and improving businesses.
Ketevan is a final year BSc International Relations student at the LSE. She has worked on various areas including Euro-Atlantic integration, nuclear proliferation and cybersecurity policy. She believes that with AI set to impact the individual and global routine, a diverse approach to understanding and managing the rise of the machine is warranted. Consequently, she is interested in how policies will be developed in order to catch up with technology, making initiatives more effective and ethically conscious. In the future, she hopes to pursue a career in diplomacy, working on multilateral cooperation and international collaborative projects.
Bartu studies Law at UCL and Philosophy of Science at LSE. His interests include artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and space exploration. He is the editor of The Social Humanist, an international journal with articles ranging from astrobiology to political analysis. In the future, he plans to study computer science and find opportunities in technology and venture capital. He also enjoys music, philosophy, and biking.

Catalina studies BEng Computing at Imperial College London. Her interests include artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms, especially Natural Language processing. She is currently working on her own API as a personal project, hoping to bring innovation to automated information retrieval systems. She has worked for Microsoft as part of the BING team, developing a platform for incident management on maps. As future plans, she aims to broaden her horizons and professional background by taking courses in finance and economics, having developed an interest in algorithmic trading and DMA.
Gloria studies MSci Chemistry at Imperial College London. Her interests include renewable energy, astronomy, materials science, and green chemistry. She is currently the President of Imperial’s Environmental Society. She has worked as a lab assistant at DSM, as well as a research group at Imperial College. In the future, she plans to apply her studies towards achieving sustainability in chemical processes and materials. She also enjoys cooking, music, and running.
